Managing Director, Tom Newman, shares 20 years of industry experience, with the last 12 years spent at Schroders Capital; acting as fund manager for the Future Workplace Property Unit Trust (FWPUT) since inception in 2015, to 2025. As Lead Asset Manager for the UK Office Portfolio, Tom oversaw over 50 assets and managing the UK team.

  • Property outperformance of over 200 basis points relative to a bespoke MSCI benchmark across three, five, and seven-year periods.
  • A GRESB score of 92/100 in 2024, earning five green stars and ranking among the top 10% of funds globally.
  • In addition, during his time at Schroders Capital, Tom:
  • Managed a portfolio exceeding £2 billion in real estate.
